Fire Lite Fuel-Free Lighter

I can’t think of any off-grid activity where having the ability to start a fire isn’t in the top 3 must haves. If you are having a leisurely stroll in the neighborhood park, I think you’re safe with just some form of hydration. If you plan on a longer hike using unimproved trails or any kind of camping, you should always have more than one type of fire starter.
